Za kilka tygodni Nadleśnictwa zaczną publikować ogłoszenia o postępowaniach przetargowych w branży leśnej. Czas powoli przygotowywać się na ten moment. Pierwszorzędna kwestia, o którą należy zadbać, to ewentualne odnowienie podpisu elektronicznego.
Mój dwuletni certyfikat wygasał w sierpniu. Z około dwu – lub trzytygodniowym wyprzedzeniem zacząłem otrzymywać mailowe komunikaty od dostawcy. Zawiadamiał mnie, że zbliża się upływ okresu ważności certyfikatu. Wystarczyło tylko włożyć czytnik z kartą do laptopa, a następnie, poprzez sklep internetowy KIR, złożyć odpowiednie zamówienie.
Niestety, przespałem ten moment. Przypomniałem sobie o odnowieniu wtedy, gdy podpis był już nieważny. Okazało się, że w takiej sytuacji muszę złożyć zamówienie na nową kartę, a następnie na nowo przeprowadzić instalację oprogramowania, które obsługuje podpis.
Taka opcja trwała nieco dłużej i kosztowała trochę drożej. Kilka dni bowiem trwało, zanim dosłałem pisemne zamówienie do siedziby dostawcy (nie mogłem go podpisać elektronicznie, bo certyfikat był już nieważny!), a potem – zanim mogłem zgłosić się po odbiór karty w wybranej placówce bankowej.
Wniosek jest następujący:
sprawdź, czy w tym roku czeka Cię odnowienie podpisu elektronicznego, a jeżeli tak – zrób to bezzwłocznie.
