Stowarzyszenie Przedsiębiorców Leśnych organizuje szkolenie dla firm leśnych, które będę miał przyjemność poprowadzić.
Podczas całodziennego spotkania omówimy problematykę form prawnych działalności w usługach leśnych.
Jak pisałem ostatnio, dostrzegam zwiększające się zainteresowanie ZUL-i taką modyfikacją ich działalności, która ograniczy ryzyka osobistej odpowiedzialności za zobowiązania zawodowe. I o tym właśnie będziemy rozmawiać w Łodzi.
Szkoleniu nadałem tytuł „ZUL sp. z o.o.”, bo właśnie tej spółce poświęcimy gros uwagi.
