Usługi, za które ZUL-e oczekują zapłaty, są realnie świadczone, co skrzętnie w każdym miesiącu weryfikują leśniczowie. Faktury wystawiane przez firmy leśne nie są fikcyjne, ale stanowią efekt ich ciężkiej, często okupionej dużym poświęceniem pracy.
ZUL to nie członek mafii wyłudzającej VAT, ale przedsiębiorca od lat prowadzący działalność pod własnym imieniem i nazwiskiem na tym samym terenie, znany nadleśniczemu i pracownikom Nadleśnictwa osobiście, będący z niektórymi z nich nawet na „Ty”.
Jak się ma bycie na „Ty” z inżynierem nadzoru lub nadleśniczym do bycia członkiem karuzeli VAT…?
