Nie wiem, czy to dobra wiadomość dla właścicieli firm leśnych…
Presja cen ze strony Lasów Państwowych nie ustaje. Jak pisałem we wrześniowej Gazecie Leśnej, uzyskanie podwyżki przez tych, którzy realizują umowy wieloletnie nie należy do najłatwiejszych.
Wydawałoby się, że w przypadku zatrudniania pracowników na etat, nic bardziej prostszego niż przeprowadzenie waloryzacji. Wystarczyłoby bowiem przeliczyć liczbę etatów przez kwotę, o jaką wzrosła płaca minimalna. Wynik następnie należałoby przemnożyć przez liczbę miesięcy w roku.
Okazuje się, że ta nieskomplikowana matematyka nie wystarczy. Dowodzą tego ciągnące się miesiącami zmagania moich Klientów.
Pod kątem zapowiadanej zmiany płacy minimalnej zastanowiłbym się, jakich korekt dokonać w umowach o pracę z pracownikami, aby ułatwić sobie walkę o waloryzację w przyszłym roku. Doświadczenia w przepychankach o podwyżkę pokazują, że treść takiej umowy może mieć znaczenie przy udowodnieniu wpływu rosnącej płacy minimalnej na koszty realizacji usług.
Jeżeli bowiem dokument wskazuje, iż całość pracy wykonywana jest na danym pakiecie, trudno zakwestionować oczekiwania wykonawcy odnośnie podwyżki.
Jeżeli stosownych zapisów w umowie brak, możliwości dowodowe nadal istnieją, ale są nieco bardziej karkołomne.
