Do niedawna żyłem w przekonaniu, że przetarg elektroniczny to w branży leśnej nic nowego. Sądziłem, że debiut w tym temacie większość ma już za sobą.
W sobotę prowadziłem szkolenie z prawa zamówień publicznych dla członków Stowarzyszenia Przedsiębiorców Leśnych. Zapytałem w pewnym momencie, ile osób nie przeszło jeszcze „chrztu elektronizacji”. Okazało się, że grono jest całkiem spore.
Jakież było moje zdziwienie, kiedy dowiedziałem się, że w wielu Nadleśnictwach w Polsce zręcznie uniknięto zmiany procedur i dotychczasowe przetargi poprowadzono w tradycyjnej formie!
Tym razem już im się nie uda…
Wiadomość jest dla mnie o tyle dobra, że przetarg elektroniczny to nieprzebrane źródło tematów prawnych. Będzie po prostu o czym pisać na tym blogu.
Na dzisiaj kilka podstawowych wskazówek dla tych, którzy dopiero debiutują we wspomnianym temacie:

- Po uzyskaniu informacji, przetestuj działanie tego narzędzia. Jeżeli będzie to miniportal, obejrzyj filmy instruktażowe oraz zainstaluj na swoim komputerze aplikację do szyfrowania oferty.
- Załóż konto na profilu ePuap lub sprawdź, czy Twoje konto działa poprawnie.
- Spośród przetargów dostępnych na miniportalu wybierz jeden i złóż w nim „testową ofertę”. Wyślij ją za pośrednictwem profilu ePuap, aby mieć pewność, że skrzynka nadawcza poprawnie działa w twojej przeglądarce internetowej.
