W styczniowym numerze Gazety Leśnej ukazał się mój artykuł o zeszłorocznym, ważnym orzeczeniu Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej dotyczącym referencji wystawianych przez Nadleśnictwa.
Zachęcam Cię do lektury tego tekstu. Może on mieć, albo może już miał, znaczenie dla Twojej zdolności do samodzielnego wzięcia udziału w przetargu. Dotyczy bowiem sposobu określania doświadczenia w wykonywaniu prac w lesie, czyli tzw. przerobu, firm, które wykonywały zamówienie jako członkowie konsorcjum.
O ile mi wiadomo, niektóre z Nadleśnictw już na potrzeby grudniowych postępowań wystawiały referencje zgodnie z tym wyrokiem, a zatem obejmujące wartość usług nie tyle całego konsorcjum, co jego poszczególnych członków.
Jak było w Twoim przypadku? Czy otrzymałeś referencje wystawiane przez Nadleśnictwo dla całego konsorcjum, czy indywidualnie?
