Tytułem przypomnienia, w uproszczenia orzeczenie ma dla Ciebie takie znaczenie, że startując w przetargu
możesz posłużyć się przerobem tylko takim, który zrealizowałeś samodzielnie, a nie przerobem całego konsorcjum, którego w przeszłości byłeś członkiem.

Orzeczenie dotyczy tego, co będziemy łączyć, a nie tego, czy nadal możemy to robić!
Wyrok nie wyklucza sytuacji, w której kilka firm dodaje swoje przeroby, aby spełnić warunek postawiony w przetargu. Łączenie potencjałów jest cały czas możliwe, w przeciwnym razie tworzenie konsorcjów straciłoby jakikolwiek sens.
