Wczoraj upłynął rok, od kiedy zacząłem prowadzić tego bloga. Co ciekawe, rocznica istnienia bloga niemal zbiega się z rocznicą urodzin mojej córki… 🙂
Dziękuję, że tutaj zaglądasz i śledzisz kolejne wpisy. Statystki wskazują, że czytelników jest coraz więcej, co jeszcze bardziej mobilizuje mnie do blogowania.
W minionym roku poruszałem kwestie tak jak m.in.:
- gorący temat elektronizacji: np. tutaj i tutaj;
- o poprawkach w kosztorysie ofertowym (może się przydać w zbliżających się przetargach);
- o referencjach z Nadleśnictwa – tutaj (sprawdź, czy Twoje tegoroczne referencje są akceptowalne) i o referencjach dla podwykonawcy;
- o spółce z o.o. – tu (do tego tematu jeszcze wrócę, jest zaledwie „muśnięty”);
- o wskazówkach do umowy konsorcjum – ten wpis.
Trochę wcześniej wspominałem też o unieważnianiu przetargu czy sukcesach ZUL-i przed sądami.
Tematów zebrało się sporo. Okazuje się jednak, odkryłem to już dawno temu, że branża leśna jest istną kopalnią ciekawych zagadnień prawnych. Problemów na kolejne miesiące, a może nawet lata, na pewno nie zabraknie.
